Terry's Asian Odyssey

Hi, Hello! This is Terry Fitz reporting and welcome to my blog.
I had created a blog,, towards the end of 2007 with a clear intent - communicate 'Terry's Asian Odyssey' to anybody interested enough. Terry's Asian Odyssey? It was a journey from Cyprus to Australia, primarily by land and sea, that lasted 3 months. It was also done to raise money for the Saint Michael's Hospice of Paphos (Moral Entity No 830374-6-8010). How did it go?
A HUGE THANK YOU GOES OUT TO ALL THAT HAVE DONATED FOR THE ST MICHAEL'S HOSPICE (Moral Entity No 830374-6-8010) AND ALL THAT HAVE ASSISTEDWITH THE FUND RAISING.The amount raised, over the period of 4 months (08/2008 - 12/2008), is somewhere in the region of 15,000.00 EUR.

Not bad considering the goal was 80,000 EUR. Aim for the stars and you'll hit the clouds.
Thank you!The fund raising drive for 'Terry's Asian Odyssey' has finished but donations are still coming through via 'The Fruitful Tree of Terry's Asian Odyssey'. The 'Fruitful Tree' drive has (as of 04/2009) raised 765 EUR which is amazing considering that the Odyssey has long finished. If you are interested in donating then please go here for contact information - you will get an official receipt recognising your contribution.

I hear tell that the Odyssey had played some small part in attracting younger kids to the Church. If true, this is far more rewarding than the whole amount raised!

The Asian Odyssey had drawn to a close by the end of 2008 and, with it, its story too. Now, within the confines of, the story continues.
